Government Account Setup
We readily accept purchase orders from most local, state, and federal government entities.  Online orders can be placed using the ordering instructions below, or you can fax your purchase orders to us at 888-817-3654.

Corporate Account Setup
Purchase orders are accepted from businesses upon credit approval.  To set up a business credit account, please complete and return the account setup form.  This one page form will request general information about your organization and credit references.  Please return this to us by email or fax to 888-817-3654.  The account setup process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Ordering Instructions

Using Purchase Orders with Online Store - Shop in our online store and complete the check out process, selecting Purchase Order as the form of payment.  You can use the generated sales receipt as a quotation to build your purchase order with itemized pricing, taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges.  Orders will not ship until an official copy of your completed purchase order document is received via fax or email.

Using Purchase Orders with Quotations - To receive a quotation on products you need to purchase, please call 888-330-2538 or submit our quote request form.  Our sales representatives will return a written quote that you can use to complete your purchase order.
