Privacy Policy

At Power Pros, Inc., we value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient and accurate processing of your order. This information may be used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. Unsolicited, "spam" mail is not sent to Power Pros, Inc. customers.   We do not sell our customer lists to other companies.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order unless stock is unavailable. To request cancellation on backordered items, please call 888.330.2538.

Purchase Order Policy

Power Pros, Inc. accepts Purchase Orders from pre-approved corporations, government and educational institutions. Your order will not ship until the P.O. is received. Our payment terms are net 30. Invoices not paid 30 days after the product is received will accrue a 1.5% per month interest and service charge. Collection fees and any legal fees incurred will also be added to overdue balances.

Return Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and subject to management approval. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email info@powerprosinc.com or at 888.330.2538 within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are good for ten days. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original unopened packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box.

Order Acceptance Policy

The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Power Pros, Inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item. In order to protect the interests of our customers all orders placed for over $2500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit & Fraud Department. Additional verification of information may be required before acceptance of any order. Power Pros, Inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit order quantities of any product to any customer and the right to do business with any individual or business.
